Neighborly Harvest for farmers

Your farm stays yours. The tools make it easier to run.

Build a professional public presence, manage products and availability, and add direct ordering, pickup, farmer delivery, routes, subscriptions, and customer updates when those tools fit your operation.

Starting an application does not obligate your farm to activate a paid plan.

Farmer-specific benefits

One public storefront. A practical operating workspace behind it.

Use only the tools included in your plan and relevant to the way your farm sells and fulfills.

A storefront in your farm’s name

Share your story, photos, contact details, products, and fulfillment options under your own identity.

Products and availability you control

Set product details, prices, inventory, visibility, and availability from the farmer dashboard.

Direct customer orders

Paid plans can accept marketplace checkout and bring eligible orders into one farmer order queue.

Pickup and farmer delivery

Configure the fulfillment methods your farm actually offers, including pickup and farmer delivery.

Practical fulfillment workflows

Organize delivery routes, work through stops, update order status, and keep customers informed.

Clear operating visibility

Review storefront activity, orders, customer relationships, subscriptions, and reports in the dashboard.

Mobile tools for participating farmers

Manage supported farm work away from the desktop.

Participating farmers can use the Neighborly Harvest app to manage products, review and fulfill orders, coordinate pickup and farmer delivery, view routes and operational information, and receive new-order notifications while away from a desktop.

The app is optional for learning about Neighborly Harvest, reviewing plans, or starting farm onboarding. Available operating tools depend on farm approval and the active plan.

What farmers control

Your operation is not absorbed into our brand.

Neighborly Harvest provides technology and marketplace discovery. Each farm remains visible and accountable as its own business.

  • Farm name, profile, story, photos, and branding
  • Product descriptions, pricing, quantities, and availability
  • Whether the farm offers pickup, farmer delivery, or both
  • Pickup details, delivery coverage, service areas, and schedules
  • Farm practices and product claims, subject to substantiation and law
  • How orders are prepared, communicated, and fulfilled

Current farmer plans

Start with discovery. Add ordering tools when they earn their place.

These are the current plan terms shown in farmer onboarding. Applicable fees are reviewed before paid functionality is activated.

Eligibility and expectations

Clear information protects farms and customers.

Applicants must be authorized to represent the farm and provide accurate identity, location, contact, product, and fulfillment details.

Meet farm responsibilities

Farms remain responsible for product claims, labeling, allergens, storage, licenses, legal compliance, pickup, delivery, and order fulfillment.

Keep customers informed

Published availability and fulfillment details should stay current, and accepted orders should receive timely status updates.

Serve only where you can fulfill

Configure pickup and farmer-delivery options that the farm can reliably provide. Not every capability is appropriate for every farm.

Farmer FAQ

Questions worth answering before you apply.

Who can apply?

Independent farms and eligible farm businesses may apply. Applicants must be authorized to represent the farm and provide accurate business, product, location, and fulfillment information. Approval is not automatic.

Can I start without accepting orders on Neighborly Harvest?

Yes. The Free Farm Listing is a discovery-only presence with a public profile, basic product listings, and website or contact links. It does not include Neighborly Harvest checkout, order management, subscriptions, or route tools.

Who sets my prices and availability?

Your farm does. You control product details, prices, quantities, availability, and the pickup or farmer-delivery options you choose to offer.

Does Neighborly Harvest become the seller or producer?

No. Neighborly Harvest provides marketplace and operational technology. The farm remains identified as the producer and remains responsible for its products, practices, claims, legal requirements, and fulfillment.

Are there charges beyond the listed membership and commission?

Payment processing, taxes, refunds, and delivery adjustments may affect final payout. Current charges and plan terms are shown before a farmer activates paid functionality.

Do you guarantee sales or customer growth?

No. Neighborly Harvest gives participating farms another way to be discovered and, on eligible plans, another way to receive orders. Results depend on the farm, its offerings, location, availability, and customer demand.
