This policy describes prohibited conduct for customers, farms, visitors, and anyone accessing Neighborly Harvest.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Fraud, impersonation, fake accounts, fake listings, fake reviews, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, or attempts to evade fees.
  • Listing, promoting, or selling illegal, unsafe, recalled, restricted, mislabeled, unavailable, or misrepresented products.
  • Making unsupported medical, health, certification, inspection, origin, organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised, regenerative, or similar claims.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, spam, abusive messages, doxxing, or misuse of customer, farm, or platform contact information.
  • Scraping, crawling, automated account creation, bulk data extraction, or other automated use that burdens the service or violates platform controls.
  • Security testing, vulnerability scanning, reverse engineering, probing, bypassing access controls, or attempting unauthorized access without written permission.
  • Uploading malicious code, interfering with service operation, disrupting payments, or attempting to compromise accounts, infrastructure, or data.
  • Misleading content, deceptive pricing, hidden terms, inaccurate availability, bait-and-switch listings, or content that creates legal, safety, or customer-risk concerns.

Enforcement

Neighborly Harvest may remove content, limit features, cancel orders, hold payouts, suspend accounts, terminate access, or report conduct to payment processors, service providers, regulators, or law enforcement when appropriate.

We may consider account history, customer reports, farm reports, payment activity, support communications, safety concerns, and operational risk when enforcing this policy.
